Skills4Mob is a culturally safe, pre-employment program designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers to build confidence, strengthen life and work skills, and take meaningful steps toward employment.
Developed in partnership with employment providers and local employers, the program combines real-world training, practical tools, and post-program support to create sustainable, measurable outcomes for clients and communities.

Pre-program info sessions — meet the team, ask questions, and enrol
Face-to-face training — built on yarning, storytelling, and community connection
Topics include — communication, personality strengths, managing money, overcoming barriers, and more
Graduation lunch — connect with employers and celebrate your journey
Ongoing support — regular check-ins up to 3 months after the course
